Cleo is an app for Facebook Messenger that lets you create funny videos and gifs using loads of different filters. You just have to choose the filter you want to use, press the record button, and start surprising all your Facebook friends.
As usual for this type of app, the interface in Cleo is simple and minimalistic. You can change filters just by sliding your finger over the screen, choosing from a dozen of different options. Pixelated, animated, black and white, sepia, etc. ... there's one for every taste.
Once you've chosen your filter you just have to decide if you want to send a video or a gif. The method, in any case, is the same: hold down the button to record what you want to say, and then choose a Facebook friend to share the result with.
